Fulmer and Tuby Just Plain Tired...that's all

After 16 years for Phil and 10 for Tubby, these guys just didn't have the fire in their gut. I wouldn't say they are burned out; however, these men are financially secure with millions and love their families.
I mean, after awhile, maybe it's just time to step back.
