What people have failed to understand over the years is that Sean Payton and Drew Brees are the offense. Payton takes what his skills guys can do better than your defensive guys can do and then runs formations potting up the best of his vs the worst of yours.

Over the years it's changed with personnel and what defenses scheme. Early on, they were an agressive downfield team until defenses schemed to take that away. Then Drew dialed up the accuracy and focused on intermediate throwing with guys like Colston, Graham. Now, they focus more on running the ball vs buckle defenses because everyone plays the pass so much.

There's no playbook. Every week, every year they game plan according to those parameters fitting into each weeks game and responding in kind. It's impossible to just copy it.

How did Joe Burrow look with E?

He looked like a guy who had never taken snaps under center, just shown up a month before the season and started playing with new teammates.

Then how did he look after being coached by Brady?
We'll never know because Brady didn't coach Burrow. Brady coached WRs. E and Munoz coached Burrow.
