That argument is so tired. Championships > liking your boss. Kiffin is trying to get another high profile HC job. You think it's smarter for him to stay at Bama or take a massive risk to come to LSU to achieve that goal?

I imagine it would start with a phone call, a text would be bad form. You realize Kiffin and O are buddies and Kiffin and Saban aren't right?

Has anyone here actually ever been to Birmingham before? There's one big reason there. I would much rather call Baton Rouge home than Birmingham.

LSU fans are so irrational. If you people really think Kiffin is coming here because he is buddies with Orgeron, I'm really not surprised we have Orgeron as our HC.

You think taking a massive risk to come to LSU will be better for his chances at a HC job than staying at Bama? Lol

Unless he wants to get out of Saban's shadow and prove himself on a national stage by showing him up....just a thought.

He won't.

He'll hire that drunkard Sark that I'm sure will fit in nicely in the Bible Belt of S. Louisiana.

It's not going to happen . He would go become a head coach at a smaller school like Herman did before becoming the OC at LSU. Plus LSU couldn't afford a real head coach that other teams would want so how are they going to afford one if not the hottest OC in college football.

After today's hire I agree, we clearly aren't a destination job and no one worth a frick wants to be the coach here.
