What are your expectations for the new coach? Does it matter/depend who it is? If you don't like him, do you jack up the expectations real high so in hopes he comes up short, you can have something to back up your suspicions about him? Or if you like him, are you patient and don't set the expectations high?

If the current quality of the program is upheld that is good for me. That is not so measured in yearly overrall wins and lossess. THere will be some years that is just how the cookie crumbles.

I would ike to see the GPA's to continue to go up.

I think alot of people will jack up the expectations if they don't like the hire.

I think we should be able to compete for a NC every year. Not win one, but compete for one. Like Ohio State, they werent expected to win one this year but they competed for one. We should be able to win the SEC West most years because we are just better than any other teams in our division.

Lose 2 or less a year, SEC ever other year, MNC every third year.

from all these people wanting miles gone, new coach better do better than 10-2 every year. Maybe SEC champs every year, and a NC every other year

I want a coach who doesn't jump when the AD pulls his string, doesn't go beg for a cotton bowl bid when we are playing in the SEC Championship, plays the best players, has a feel for the game (not calling inopportune time outs, playing the "hot player"), doesn't wear players out during the summer and mid-week, puts together a crack staff, recruits well, runs a clean program, exudes confidence, has a good relationship with the players, inspires the kids and fans, hobnobs well and is able to make "things" happen, speak four words without saying um.

Hope I didn't miss anything.
