I don’t really want a coordinator who hasn’t been one for very long, especially making that big jump into a major head coaching job. If he’s familiar with the program, it’s a little different (see Kirby Smart and some others).

Eric Morris is another guy I'd interview. I'd bring him, Chesney, Will stein, Dillingham, and golesh in and interview them all. I'd want to hear their plan for lsu, coaching staff, and just hear them talk about football and building a team.

Have to have a younger guy with energy who wants to be an all time great and has a plan to do it.
