Evaluation of Miles over his LSU tenure

Offense B - due to last three years but still managed to win games despite anemic offense
Defense A - only one bad year with dual coordinators
Special Teams A - have always been emphasized and every facet has contributed, from return game, fake game, punting and kicking have won football games
Recruiting A+ - generally locks up state of LA, still recruits nationally, recruits for need as well (rarely has lsu been inexperienced at a position with exception of QB)
Other A - program has stayed out of trouble for most part, nothing serious in nature, players respect him and he seems to be fair, allows players to transfer with no restrictions, good in community, speaking could be improved but is fair with media

WE ARE A TALENT TIME BOMB!!! THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR AN OFFENSE RANKED SO LOW EVERY YEAR!!!!

I say this as a Les Miles fan...and one who hopes (and thinks) he stays.
I wish you were my teacher...because your grading scale is ridiculously easy.
Offense---------C, saved by the first two years.
Defense---------B, BECAUSE of the Malveto experience.
Special Teams---A, no explanation needed
Recruiting------A-, can't be perfect while losing guys from fuggin Thibodeaux left and right...but otherwise great job.
Other------------------B. Handles issues well, but there were quite a few issues to handle.

I'm putting myself in the Michigan AD role along with decision makers:
What would cause me not to hire Miles
Offense - he runs elements of the spread and the power game, multidimensional,
Defense - although not his expertise, has fielded very good defenses and has proven in hiring quality coordinators for an area he gives more freedom too
Special Teams - best run of special teams that I can remember at LSU
Recruiting - picked up where Saban left off and talent level has not dropped, your gonna lose some instate kids, every program does, but everytime he does lose one he finds a comparable one out of state
Intangibles - he runs his program the right way, credit LSU compliance as well (they are proactive which the ncaa likes
