Effect of being off and working with his son for a year

A year off from coaching spent with his son and family should really have his motivation level up. Nothing better than spending time with your son at the thing it looks like they both love. I would hope that spells great enthuisiasm for his new position at LSU.

Having an offensive ooordinator's son as a quarterback could create all kinds of problems. Not saying it can't work, but the potential downside is huge.
