Anyone think Mike Dubose puts his hat in the ring for the State job? Any Mississippi State fans think he might be considered? Just wondering....

It gets worse, grew up in the Mississippi Delta. Who's more southern than that? Born in Louisiana, raised in Mississippi, educated and live in Alabama. I'm really a fan of LSU, Ole Miss and Bama (Bama's my first team).

He is doing an exceptional job at Millsaps - a school that can't give scholarships. How he would do now a days against others that do, who knows. Intuitively though, I would hope that we would go for a young up and comer - even if it means taking a huge risk. I think we are at the huge risk/take the gamble like situation.

Moo state must find a coach with a wide open offensive scheme that looks fun to play. The coach from Tulsa, if they could lure Mike Leech, or maybe Crowton. They need to create an offensive identity that draws top talent.

Come on. They will never get a top QB. It takes $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$. They need an option guy like Jay Thomas.

look at texas tech and harrell(sp?). If Moo st has an offense that is productive and fun to watch, it will pull quality high school and juco QBs. The problem with MSU is finding and luring a quality coach to starkville.
