Well I can't watch it on my phone, but the description was nothing new about how Les answers questions. If he can get more money then good for him, but I hope he gives the extra money to a QB coach since Crowton appears to be staying.

Doesn't Juan Kincaid look like the Cecil the turtle from Bugs Bunny?

It would appear that he is gone. Unless he is playing mind games. Was the report that he told the team that he was coming back ever validated.

Jordan Jefferson seemed pretty confident that Miles was returning.

JJ also thought he played well against Vandy.

Miles will get at least 4 years due to the cluster he is going into at MI plus he is a MI guy.

I got family in his neighborhood.. I can get us through the gate. Lets do it. My wife will definitely give me a yard pass (literally), because she loves her some Les. she used to cut his hair and I think he may have tapped it a time or two

Oh, their defense is bad at UM, but they will get more talent once Les gets there.

Les recruits much more evenly than RichRod (recruits mostly for offense) and he will bring in a DC that can succeed there.

They'll be where they were this year next year likely and by year 3 be competitive within their conference for the title.

There are reports that Miles arrived in BR with team today. I guess he could turn around and go back though...

So he will need 4yrs? Michigan won't run him after 3. We are also assuming he smoothly takes a defenseless team with small fast skill positions on offense back to respectability the "Michigan" way. What if he hits a bump? If turning around Michigan was easy they wouldn't need Miles.

He'll get at least 4 years. People know where Michigan is right now. As long as they make a bowl next year (6-6), then he'd be fine.

Will it take time? Yes, but I've seen quicker turnarounds.

Look at Nebraska's defense in Pelini's first two years. It went from one of the worst in the Big XII before he got there to tops in the country by year 2. It can happen.
