waits around Texas until Mack Brown retires?
Mack is probably 3-5 yaers away and he isn't as old as Bobby Bowden....
I think Muschamp jumps if a good enough offer comes down the pike...

It depends on when he thinks (or was told) Mack will retire.

I think it might be the 1000th time I post this. How time flies,
Boom will simply have to wait just one more year until he takes over the Head Coaching Position. Mack turns in his headset after the '09 Season and takes over the AD Position that will have been vacated by DeLoss.

Attention Morons: this has NOTHING to do with Mack Brown - the only catalyst here is Dodds. When he decides to retire is when all this will happen. He's old and likely has 2 years left in him. It doesnt matter if Brown wants to coach for 2 or 20 more years - it's a domino effect

Yeah basically. Well, except for the part about the exact year that Muschamp will become HC and the position that Mack will take over immediately afterwards. But then again how important is that?
