Do these interim positions come with a temporary pay raise?

So coach O is now interim head coach, a move up from recruiting coordinator. Does this warrant a temporary raise or is it you get to keep your job so be happy? I'm thinking they get to keep their jobs and get some new titles which is good enough.

I would sure think.

"Temporary" is the key, but O now has a lot more responsibility.

I'm confident they get some additional compensation but probably not much.

You take on more work, you usually fight for compensation in your pay. If these guys are smart they'll get at least temporary raises for their work
