Sumrall is a D coach. Golesh is all O. Durkin and Golesh have known each other for 20 years. Golesh and Durkin are a better fit.

Prefer Baker obviously but the thought of Durkin and kiffen sounds pretty freaking good right now.

Durkin and Baker probably have much different schemes. That can affect personnel.
