Too lazy to do another thread...but it looks like the Lions are possibly interviewing Dimitroff
As for Louis Riddick...he is knowledgeable but also I think the gaps since his last NFL stint kind of worry me plus the Millen TV aura.

Millen keeps getting brought up but a more recent example is Mike Mayock, who had zero front office or coaching experience when the raiders hired him. And that seems to be going a lot better
Both of those guys never had any front office or coaching experience going into those roles. Riddick spent 13 years in front office roles and scouting roles and rose up the ranks in good organizations fairly quickly so I think it’s a bit of a lazy comparison to bring up Mullen just because they both spent time in the broadcast booth
