I think this is the day when we will begin to hear illegitimate leads about Mile staying or leaving. This is the first day of the dead period for recruiting that covers pretty much the whole bowl season. At this point Miles cant do much for LSU in the form of recruiting and MICH wont lose out on much with no coach. So both side will have time to talk. Its also early enough to give LSU time to find a new coach and give him about a month and a half to finish the recruiting class.

They "said" they wanted to get their coach as soon as possible.
Hell, if they haven't hired someone by 12/08, I think we know he is their coach.
