Crowton was not the problem. Young,inexperienced QBs killed Tigers' offense. Look at Texas,Florida and USC. Didn't most of you critics get better each year? If Jefferson could read defenses,progressions,etc offense would be much better.

Offense was 56th in the country with Lee in 08.
106th in 09 with Jefferson.
86th in 10 with Jefferson/Lee.

Don't forget, leading up to the Cotton Bowl, both Navy and Georgia Tech had thrown for more td's than LSU.
