Criteria for ranking coaches

I keep seeing folks self rank the available coaching candidates. What's your criteria? Order of?

Having a winning record at previous non-interim jobs. That's pretty much my most important criteria.

1. Does he call it his dream job
2. Does he cook a good gumbo
3. Does he sound like the fan base when he talks

Pretty sure "O" won more than he lost here. Oh, I believe the team and individuals set records in the process. I could be wrong.

Criteria should be objective no? We have to look at everything. Are you denying he was responsible for 3 of the worst Ole Miss teams in recent memory?
