What I am more impressed with is what he told the team when they got back from winter break.

He told them the old staff weren't bad coaches but the team didn't care enough but much more colorful.

Putting great recruiters on that staff to go with all the Nike stuff....I expect Oregon to have top 10 recruiting classes very soon.

More importantly, will this breaking before NSD change the mind of any recruits. Wasn't he the lead recruiter/coordinator?

No. His recruits are already enrolled. One prospect said it didn't matter to him if he left and the others were recruited by coach Key. Gotta get someone good to replace him though
