Coach "O"/Aranda

Before Saturday I was wondering if they could give coach "O" a 2-3 year with Aranda being at LSU for 2 more years. After 2 years either extend Aranda or demote/fire "O" and give the gig to Aranda. 1 this is assuming that DA would be at LSU to fulfill his contract and 2 he wants to be a head coach at some point and after 2 more years, it could be a good fit. This way LSU would have both for at least 2 more years and the results would define "O"'s future. DA will leave for a head gig at some point in the near future. DA is the assistant HC now.
I guess this is down the toilet now.....too bad.

No matter who the coach is, you have to give him at least a 4-5 year contract or recruiting takes a hit. It's really that simple. They will never be a 2 year contract.

Is it really THAT hard to search the board for threads similar to the one you started? For fricks sake, we have had a coaching vacancy for well over a month. Damn near EVERY possible combination and scenario has been discussed at length!
