Coach O and QB development

i think we can all agree having someone who can recruit and develop quality qb's should be one of the main qualifications we are looking for in a new head coach. How was Coach O at Ole Miss in this area and how has he done since then? Can we really expect him to be better in this area than Jimbo, Herman or Fedora?

He should have ethan flatt and brent SHAYFFUH come speak to the team

Coach O knows how to develop quarterbacks like Johnny knows how to run offensive sets

Jimbo clearly has the edge in QB development. Certainly one of if not the best in the nation.
I don't think O has had a chance to prove himself in this area just yet (whatever he did at Ole Miss shouldn't be looked at, IMO). I believe one this is clear though in that the QB development under O will be a direct correlation to the offensive coordinator we have in place so I don't think it's fair to compare the two but rather compare Jimbo's history to whatever OC we have in place if we were to retain O.
