Equal a lot wins. With our offense (even this year) if we get more then a few stops a game we can win a lot of games.

PPL need to realize how awful TENN's offense has been. You can't expect any D to be good when your offense can't move the ball. Chavis will have full talent at his disposal. Everyone references the FLA. game. What did Tenn give up 35? What did the great Nick Saban give up without Percy Harvin & great running game 31? Thank you and goodnight...

With all of UT's 3 and outs on offense, plus inferior talent on defense (besides Berry), they still were respectable on defense.

I think with the talent on defense at LSU, he could easily make LSU a contender for the SEC next year.

If you go back and look at that game again, most of the points that UT gave up fell more on the special teams and offense (turnovers) than the defense. Tebow and the offense's numbers were sort of pedestrian. Of course, with UTs mistakes, they didn't have to be spectacular.

some of that average was not against the defense punt returns kick off returns for TD's and also the defense stayed on the field because the offense could not move the ball. I like Chavis I think it is a solid hire.

If last year is an indication, with our offense our backs and wide outs need to learn how to tackle.
