CEO must have answered these questions affirmatively.

1. His leaderships ablities are questionable. Can CEO do this:

2. Any coach that says he will bring in the best assistants to make up for their deficiencies concerns me. Is that an admonition of your lack of ability or is that a leadership quality that says "I will surround myself with the best people"? I hope it's the latter.

3. Can CEO recruit as a head coach? When CEO walks into the living rooms of top recruits will the kids say, I want to play for that dude." Will the parents say, "I want my son playing for that man."

4. CEO's game day ability is still questionable. Can he win the big game that he is not supposed to? He has not proven that yet. I hope he does however his track record does not give me confidence.
