Bottom line was some of the insiders had this right. Once the bidding war and counter offers begin nobody has a clue how this plays out. We all knew that Texas could come back from the dead and match anything we could offer. I think the situation at Texas is terrible. Herman might get 7 - 7.5 million by the end this shite show.

Okay, but everyone knows "some" of the self proclaimed insiders are trolls. Which ones? Implicit in your choice of the word that "some" insiders are trolls is that "some" are not.
I am not disagreeing with you, just observing your post would be more helpful if it was a bit more specific as to id'ing the trolls. Even a hint would help. Someone who haphazardly saves the day? A young District Attorney? Most importantly, which insider is not a troll?
