What is the official status of the Brian Kelly hire? Is there ink on the paper? Who leaked the story to the media?
I ask because Brian Kelly probably isn’t happy about the story leaking before he had a chance to address it with his team if he didn’t want this info leaked.
I guess this is the LSU fan in me expecting the worse, but I don’t want to get get burned again by fake news.

He’s coming. He texted his players confirming it. Nothing official about papers has been released.

Excellent. I thought the screenshots addressed the rumors but didn’t specify whether he was leaving. Glad to know he’s confirmed it with other sources. Let’s geaux

At this point, you can assume a MOU has been signed. The actual contract might get negotiated and finalized in the coming month or so.
