It is ok to admit the melt, you made it obvious. Now embrace it because LSU is apparently DOOMED if Les does return

This is total shite storm. without a home run hire, Les is screwed. The admin & TAF have screwed the staff & recruits to a point Les can't be successful next year even if he wanted to.

The media bought into this shite show & torpedoed Les & his staff.

Seeing as how every post i see of yours has nothing but down votes attached to it I really think not many agree with your train of thought.

Yes down votes mean something....
I mean you think LSU is doomed is Les returns and feel the need to call someone an idiot because you are melting over the thought.... I find it funny you are melting over things you can't control and if Les comes back LSU would be fine.

Can we keep miles for two more years and hire Herman as CIW??? Miles has zero say in offense. Its a win win for LSU financially and to set up the future. Not one place have I read where Herman isn't the next Saban/Miles/Jimbo except he just needs one or two more years. As stated before bringing in Jumbo for 7mil a year holds the program hostage for next 7 years. Then Miles can become AD and everyone lives happy. And if not we could fire everyone and move on to the next guy without bankrupting the program for a decade.

Herman isn't going to go from HC to OC.

Okay, but there are other coaches out there that would still be really good hires. How about they reach out to those folks instead of wasting time on a Sexton client. If Les Miles is the coach going into next season, LSU will suffer a great deal in every way. That's all there is to it. There are good options out there, and LSU needs to GET THE frick ON IT.

You honestly think bringing Les back for what everyone would see as a make or break season for him wouldn't be considered instability to recruits and coaches?

frick no. Herman can do it all by himself. Why pay Les any money?

As coach in waiting of a Ferarri, I bet he would, but I would want a very strong contract if I were he giving him full autonomy on O.

That would still kill us THIS year in recruiting where a good hire would be able to salvage this class.

Regardless, I believe the damage is beyond repair and he's gone anyways

I could see it happening too, and I'm prognosticating here, that if the administration doesn't go through with it, they've caused longer term damage if they do keep him.

Agreed. Its now or screw up the next 2 years minimum for LSU football.
