Bottom line...who can attract elite offensive OL and QB talent

O can recruit but these aren't his strengths.
I think we recruit defensive talent in LA well. We seem to miss on the QB talent and our Oline and DT recruiting is what will beat Bama.
We need a Herman or Chip Kelly with Aranda retained as DC. I'd also start putting Aranda out in front of the cameras some. He needs to be groomed as a HC in waiting some and send him out on the recruiting trail. We don't really know how well he recruits long term.
