In my opinion, they're letting emotions get in the way of a very important hire.
Yes, it was a great win for West Virginia. Yes, with all the distractions, it was amazing how prepared to play they were.
However, this is a guy that is 8-25 as a head coach. Take emotion out of the picture and he's not the hire. I hope I'm wrong and he does well, but I just don't see it.

8-25 at a lower level doesn't scream hidden mastermind to me.
