8) Relationship Builder (Staff Builder, recruiter)
9) Recruiting Leverage = Strong
10) Communicates well (PR perspective, not weird talking, etc)
11) Fits within BOS approval
12) Can say Geaux Tigers and mean it (Beluga will love being the Tigers Coach)
