Damn good coach. He should stay there and build something. Could make noise in that shitty conference.

Problem is it's among the worse places to get recruits in the conference along with BC.

They have been excellent in the past for periods of time. He could stay, build some continuity and they could be a good team in a weak conference.
They are in a tough division, but they could be second to Clemson regularly.

Agreed. Before this season, I think the previous 15 years were the worst stretch in program history. They were a consistent top-25 team as recently as the 90s, so something worked before.
Babers should at least be able to keep them respectable and going to bowls consistently.

FSU isn't likely to stay down forever. Trading 3rd place between them, NC St., and Louisville is more realistic.

I appreciate his loyalty.
I think the days are over of guys job hopping to similar level jobs (or even slightly better) for a few extra bucks. Guys aren't wanting to leave programs they've put 2-3-4 years of blood, sweat and tears for to risk getting jettisoned by an unrealistic and crazy fan base.
