Similar to my Darin Hinshaw thread, just looking for thoughts on Eddie Gran as a coach/recruiter from his former coaching stops.

I know he's got a ridiculous number of backs who went on to play in the NFL.

Liked him a lot. He was a great RB coach and recruiter and seems to have transitioned well into an OC.

He is a great dude, good recruiter, and seems to have taken to the OC role well. You guys should be happy with that hire IMO

Very good guy. Great coach, hands down one of the best rb coaches and recruiters. I think he is a great hire for Kentucky.

Had a few good ones at ole miss as well. Fwiw gran was supposed to be a bagman type recruiter per other schools he faced.
