Exactly right. I've never left a job for another for the money. Working conditions and the opportunity are what I look for.

I have several times. Best way to increase your income in a short period of time. Depending on your profession, high demand workers get poached all the time. All the damn time.

This is a really good point. Riley may objectively be worth that salary here, and not at OU just because of the situation. LSU consistently has NFL quality defensive players wanting to come here, because they live here. DBU and Riley are a match made in heaven.
