As long as LSU wins...I don't care who gets paid what to coach...

College sports entertainment is a BIG BUSINESS.

Television deals, marketing deals, endorsement deals....money, money, money.

Coaches work exceptionally long hours. They are away from their families for extended periods at a time. It takes skill to entice some kid from Mud Stump, LA to choose LSU over schools.

Whatever the cost, PAY IT. The Collective Joy for the State of Louisiana to win a National Championship is worth it. Our people deserve it. Our state deserves it. Our university deserves it.

Some felt hiring Coach O was a gamble and it was. What people who haven't known or worked with Coach O didn't know was how hard he worked to get back to the top.

Glad to see him get a big new contract. Just remember, he was happy as a pig in shite to be paid to coach LSU without the biggest check to cash.
