1. Offense has gotten progressively worse since he arrived and has been downright putrid the last 2 years.
2. In-game adjustments severely lacking.
3. Inability to develop Cox and backups.
4. Very poor recruiter.
5. Low intensity.
Oh, and I'm sure it was more of a mutual decision, if you know what I mean.
