Zero obviously micromanaged his hand picked OC, after eh said he would hire the best available guy...and he did.
If he micromanaged a guy he hand picked to come in and run the offense, why would anyone expect him not to do it again.
Did he not actually look at tape of the offense Canada has been running at other places? Why did he select an OC that does not run the type of scheme he is comfortable with?
If I was an OC, I would not tough this job with a long-arse pole until O is history.
