You can see Caleb's talent. He's going to have growing pains. I don't care who coaches him. Same will happen to us next year if Howard starts. You will see some gifted moments and can immediately tell he's the future but then you'll be asking for backup many times. It happens. What we have no isn't the answer. neither are. They don't have the talent. You can see it physically and mentally. There's no wow moments from them.

A coach that can find and develop quality offensive linemen is probably a more pressing need.
