Interesting thought- what's Bob Stoops' current contract with Oklahoma? He's still pretty young, has a BCS title and several other shots at it, and stealing him would destroy the Sooners. The Texas money might hate him, or they may just hate him as a Sooner.
He'd probably come in and be a little re-energized, too; I think he's getting bored in Norman. He doesn't seem to show the same fire he used to have.

Please don't get Swinney, we enjoy beating the shite out of him every year.
Shaw, Fisher, Malzahn, & Saban won't probably go to Texas. I think if they get James Franklin it'd be a heck of a hire, what he's done at Vandy has been amazing.

If Miles wanted the Texas job they would be idiots to not hire him. Seriously, Miles is a great recruiter and can put a staff around him. He wins 9-10 plus wins a season.
ETA: With the new playoff format I bet Texas would be in the top 4 at least 2 out of every 5 years.
