Just a great book. It has been No. 1 on the NY Times best seller list for many years, well deserved.

Enjoy

Very, very good read. The beginning did not grab me but if you stick with it, you’ll be hooked.

It's a good book, but I thought the courtroom drama stuff didn't really mesh with the tone of the rest of the book. Still, there is some great writing in it.

Overly sentimental at times, but still good. Like how the author interwove her knowledge of biology with Kya’s relationships. The ending was puzzling though. I don’t want to spoil it, but it left me wondering about some of the characters’ behavior during the trial. May just be sore cause I had it pinned on someone else lol.

The audio book is terrible. I was looking for murder mystery, but ended up with coming to life tale. Voice / accent on the audio book likely made it much cheesier.
