People love to over analyze things on here. It's always great in the nonreader thread when they harp on something being unrealistic on a show about the living dead.

I was surprised Carol could pull that off. Seeing as how she couldn't get a knife out of a zombies head. She also looked like running was hurting her.

Also we know Steven Yeun and Sonequa Martin Green are still filming (unless like I said a few pages back they are trolling us all by keeping everyone signed as a regular in town/on contract). It makes sense seeing as someone in their 20s would be most likely survive even a severe flu. I survived the 2009 Swine Flu situation at the University of Alabama at 22 though I was one of the more severe being I had to be admitted to the hospital. Ironically Sonequa was already graduated from UA at that point though.

All they have done with it since they hooked up has been alternate between them having sex (Congrats on the sex Glenn, Lauren Cohan is way out of your league) and Glenn acting like a hormonal brooding teenager (since he is clearly in his 20s I see it as arrested development). Oh yeah Glenn has made himself into a decent macguffin.

He likes to get himself captured. I mean the Vatos, Merle, and in the GN Negan as well.
Basically since he saved Rick, Rick has returned the favor twice in the show, that is why I can't see TV Rick sitting still and letting Negan beat tv Glenn with a bat. Nor can I see TV rick holding it and figuratively taking "Negan's dick down his throat".

I think they should save that death for Daryl personally
It would be the perfect parallel. They had a big fan girl basis for Glenn in the comics. Daryl has a huge fan girl group is the TV show.
So beat the f*** out of him with a baseball bat would pretty much make everyone cry
