I have been noticing that all of my audiobooks that I listen to that I actually get through easily are shorter audiobooks. Preferably under 10 hours where I can listen to one audiobook for an entire workday and finish. What are some shorter audiobooks that you can recommend that you have enjoyed.

If you like Sci Fi, the Bobiverse books are around 10 hours.

Not knowing what kind of books you like, Kurt Vonnegut's novels are pretty short listens. Slaughterhouse Five, Sirens of Titan and Bluebeard are a few of my faves of his.

Check out the caravan and creatures series. It’s about a group of white trash dudes from Gulfport that get sucked into a D&D world. Lots of bullshiting going on. The narrator does an ok job with the voices in book one but really nails them going forward. Also one of the characters always summons a magical horse that ends up dying in crazy ways.

Exforce Columbus Day is good as well.

If you're looking for non-fiction I'm a big fan of the "very short introduction" series. Real short reads on a ton of different topics.

When interested in a new subject and am about to read a book or 2 on the subject I'll usually read the VSI on the topic to get a nice primer.
