So, the trailer for the movie looks good. Anyone read the book?

I tried it, but couldn’t finish. I found it to be really slow and boring. But I think my expectations were for something more fast-paced based on the trailer for the movie.
It does have really high ratings on Goodreads so you might like it depending on your tastes. I think it will make a much better movie than book.

It is part of a trilogy. I really enjoyed the first two and the third comes out in a few weeks.

Best blend of entertaining and authentic intelligence books out there IMO.
They're fun but still substantive. Refreshing in an era where everyone is trying to copy Vince Flynn with increasingly ridiculous characters and premises.
