Any recommendations for books that cover human psychology in a practical manner?

Meaning not in a textbook format but rather relate psychological concepts to everyday life, business, and relationships?

Looking for complex reading but not so much that becomes theoretical. Thinking along the lines of Dale Carnegie's works but much deeper and more complex.

I know this is a very specific request but I appreciate your input.

Recently, I enjoyed the book "Your Brain at Work," but that was little closer to the neuroscience aisle.

You may enjoy Simon Sinek and Seth Godin's work.

However, Cialdini's Psychology of Influence is probably the closest to what you're requesting.

Thanks for the additional recommendations.

I've either bought or downloaded the samples of all the books so far.

If there are any others that come to mind, let me know.

Games People Play - psychology of relationships

Man's Search For Meaning - memoir about life at Nazis death camps and leasons learned from that experience

In comparison to Carnegie's work, check out Thinking and Growing Rich
