I think this is a series. Has anyone read the other books.
This books had my cracking up the entire time. McMurtry has a sick mind. I don’t thinks it’s very historically accurate. McMurtry doesn’t seem to be someone that really cares.

This is the series about the English family travelling through the early 19th century west? I thought it was great, really loved the girl. Tamryn or something like that?

It’s good. But you want to read McMurty at his funniest read All My Friends are gong to be strangers. And of course Texasville and the Last Picture Show
