Help Refurbishing Leather Cover of Bible

Not sure if right board, but I have a leather Bible I’ve had for 12 or so years. I’ve been pretty bad with leaving it in my truck and the sun has gotten to it pretty badly and the outer cover is falling apart. Can I refurbish this? And if so, how?

I know a local company that specializes in restoration of leather bound texts (they do a lot of bibles). Not sure if you’re interested in mailing off, but here is their website.
