Book choosing help

I need help on choosing a book. I’m looking for something that helps breakdown how to run a restaurant. Looking for pricing and markup for food, inventory topics, ways to look to stealing, bar help. Kinda looking for a book to go over the restaurant business because I have no idea how to run one.

I'm just curious, did an already established restaurant just fall into your lap or are you looking to start one?

I think there is one titled

"Give me $100k, and I'll save you a headache"

Running a restaurant from top to bottom is something you have to learn from the inside not in a book. You can learn basic accounting principles and book keeping that will be helpful, but the rest comes from experience.

Fell into my lap. Don’t really know too much and no one to teach me about this stuff.
