The Hot Zone
The Demon in the Freezer
Both by Richard Preston, both non-fiction.

While we're talking about Andromeda Strain, it is criminally underrated. A 20-something Michael Crichton wrote a very well thought out, tight, biowarfare thriller.
I once read it on a flight to Europe. Made the time fly by. In hindsight, the film was a very faithful, well-done adaptation.

The Great Influenza by John Barry. It’s about the 1918 pandemic.

Haven't read this one yet, but if it's by Richard Preston, I may check it out. The Hot Zone was quite the eye opener.

The Passage series by Justin Cronin
The Stand by Stephen King
Outbreak by Robin Cook.
You've probably read The Stand. Outbreak is pretty old. I haven't read it in a while. Not sure how dated it might be.

It's the first book I ever read cover to cover. That was in the late 70's and have probably read it 10 times since then. Such a great book.
