49ers Owner Jed York Arrested in Ohio Prostitution-Related Case

If tweet fails to load, click here. San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York landed in an Ohio jail Sunday after being arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution...quote:
York was busted in East Palestine and booked into the Columbiana County Jail before posting $5,000 bond.
The case moved quickly from there ... prosecutors amended the original engaging-in-prostitution count to misdemeanor disorderly conduct before York pleaded no contest Monday.
York also pleaded no contest to possessing criminal tools -- a misdemeanor.
A judge sentenced York to one day in jail on each count, served concurrently, with credit for time already served ... and ordered him to pay $1,150 in fines.
According to WKBN, which first reported the news, York's cell phone was ordered returned to him ... while $160 seized in the case was forfeited to the Mahoning Valley Human Trafficking Task Force.
York became 49ers team president in 2008 and is the franchise's majority owner.
