When I was a kid the Pro Bowl was an actual all-star game where my favorite NFL stars played along side one another and competed against one another. It was awesome. These days, most players sit out to due to injuries, no one plays defense, etc. As of last year they implemented a draft to make things more interesting, which it did - off the field. I don't know exactly how to fix it, because players don't want to risk injury in a game that doesn't count, but still. Anyway, the NFL put money into giving this glorified, not really watched scrimmage new uniforms...

Maybe add a skills competition on Saturday like the NBA? I don't know. (Sigh.)

I wasn't going to watch it before seeing these. Nothing's changed.

It would be more entertaining to see them in some sort of "superstars" competition rather than this waste of time.

Eeeesh! Now the unis are as bad as the game. Enough already. The NFL needs to shut this thing down. Send the players voted in a commemorative jersey, a nice plaque and their BONUS CHECK and be done with it. While I'm at it put the damn Super Bowl back to the week after the conf. championship. 2 weeks=too long.
