Urban Meyer Names Most ‘Talented’ Quarterback Recruit He’d Seen

The most talented quarterback he ever recruited was Joe Burrow. Urban is still too dumb to realize that.

I remember watching Haskins in high school at all the drill competitions and everything. Kid was one of the most accurate high school QBs I'd ever seen. Fundamentally sound, top tier arm talent with a crack of the whip quick release. His one year starting at Ohio St was reminiscent of Sam Bradford's heisman season. The Purdue game is what ultimately cost him the heisman and Ohio St another shot at the playoffs. What cost him early in his pro career is impatience to make it to the league. Him and Trubisky started one season of college ball and ran to the NFL. Neither was at their college for even 4 years so they just didn't have enough development. Financially sound too. I remember him being on one of those "how I spent my first million" segments and he barely spent any of it. He took what Marshawn Lynch said to heart. Sad day man, he was a good dude RIP.
