Top Colorado offensive lineman, Jordan Seaton, enters NCAA Transfer Portal for 2026 season. His transfer bidding reportedly starts at $2.5 million...

quote:

As I reflect on my time at Colorado, it’s hard to put into words what this chapter has truly meant to me. I never imagined this journey would come to a close in this way, but I am deeply grateful for every moment that led me here.

I also reflect on Justice Elliott, whose no longer with me but his belief in me continues to guide and motivate me.

From day one, my experience was filled with gratitude, love, and unwavering positivity. Colorado became more than just a program I was proud and honored to represent. It became a place I will always consider home.

I want to sincerely thank Rick George, Coach Prime, Coach Ray, Coach Gunnar, Coach G, Coach Dre, Swasey, Coach J. Phil, Chef Solomon, Brady, AP, Lo, Luke and Smitty, Ms. LT, and the entire staff. The relationships built and the memories created during my time here will stay with me forever.

To my brothers who will be on that field next season, keep grinding, keep believing, and keep rolling. And to the fans of Colorado, thank you for welcoming me with open arms and supporting me every step of the way.

Actually it's pretty easy to put into words; Coach Prime ain't give him enough money.

I had a conversation this past summer with one of the very top donors to Colorado over the past umpteen years. He told me that Prime came into his office as said he needed big money. My friend told him that neither he or any of the other donors are giving CO another thin dime. They were put off by Prime's son driving around campus in a Lambo. CO is in real trouble going forward.

College football used to be about passion for the game and love of the school/team. It's what made it great and separated it from the NFL. I hate what it has become. The NFL has more loyalty now than CFB. Such a shame

Yep, at least the NFL has a binding contract. The NCAA has destroyed any chance programs have of managing rosters. Imagine if an NFL guy could just leave at the end of the year, regardless of contract, and be a free agent instantly. Its insanity.

It has to be corrected. 1 free transfer, and any future transfers are only allowed if the coach leaves the school or some other extenuating circumstances. This free for all of leaving every season to seek the money has got to stop.
