The Rice Marching Owl Band is getting some heat after making fun of Baylor's sexual assault scandal that happened during the offseason. At halftime of Rice's Friday night home game against Baylor, the band formed the roman numerals ‘IX,’ alluding to Title IX, as well as a star in reference to former Baylor president Ken Starr, while playing the song “Hit the Road Jack”...





Also, former Baylor coach Art Briles was in attendance. Ouch...
