Oklahoma State has decided to replace their football field at Boone Pickens Stadium with astroturf as of May 12th. AstroTurf announced Tuesday that the Cowboys' field will be converted from Football Pro (made by Millennium) to AstroTurf 3D Decade (good for 10 years).

AstroTurf is the brand. Just like Coke is a brand. They're playing on the same synthetic surface that Edward jones Dome has in St Louis.

I wonder if this hurts recruiting? WTF wants to play on AT in OKC in November?! I honestly thought the whole AT market had collapsed with the invention of field turf or whatever it's called...I can't believe there are still companies that still make/install that shite
